We work hard to offer competitive pricing. If you find the same item available from a qualifying U.S. retailer at a lower final price, you may request a price match. All price match requests are subject to review and approval based on the conditions outlined below.

When Price Matches Can Be Requested

Price match requests must be submitted and approved before an order is placed.

Orders that have already been placed are not eligible for price adjustments or retroactive price matching.

If you find a lower price, please contact our customer service team before completing your purchase so the request can be reviewed.

Price Match Requirements

To qualify for a price match, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be identical (same brand, model year, color, and size)

• The item must be new and in the same condition

• The competitor must have the item in stock and available for immediate purchase and shipment

• The competitor must be a U.S.-based retailer

• The competitor must be an authorized dealer of the brand

• The competitor must be able to ship the item to the same delivery address within the United States

• The competitor’s final delivered price (including shipping, taxes, duties, and fees) must be lower

• The price must be publicly advertised and available for online purchase on the competitor’s website

• The competitor’s item must be available for purchase at the time the price match request is reviewed

The competitor must have the item available in normal retail quantities. Prices based on limited inventory, final units, or one-off clearance items may not qualify for price matching.

If the competitor’s item is out of stock, backordered, or no longer available when the request is reviewed, the price match request will not qualify.

Screenshots may be used to submit a request, but the price and availability must still be verifiable on the competitor’s website at the time of review.

All price match requests are subject to verification and approval at our discretion.

Exclusions

The following items and sellers are not eligible for price matching:

• Marketplace sellers (including Amazon Marketplace, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, etc.)

• Auction or peer-to-peer websites

• Unauthorized retailers or non-verified websites

• Retailers that violate manufacturer pricing policies (MAP)

• Clearance, liquidation, store-closing, or going-out-of-business sales

• Limited inventory, final unit, or one-off clearance pricing

• Refurbished, open-box, used items, B-stock, or items with damaged packaging

• Prices requiring coupon codes, membership pricing, or limited-time promotional discounts

• Bundle offers, buy-one-get-one promotions, or gift card promotions

• Pre-orders, special orders, or items with future release dates

• Items shipped from outside the United States

• Pricing errors or misprints on competitor websites

Price match discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes.

Limitations

We reserve the right to:

• Verify competitor pricing and retailer eligibility

• Limit quantities per customer or per item

• Decline price matches that appear inconsistent with standard market pricing

• Decline price matches resulting from pricing errors, misprints, or unauthorized discounts

• Decline price match requests that appear to be for resale or commercial purposes

Price matching is intended for personal purchases only.

Even if all conditions appear to be met, we reserve the right to decline any price match request at our sole discretion.

We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue this price match policy at any time without prior notice.

Pricing Errors

While we strive to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item and will notify the customer of the cancellation.
