Shipping Policy:

  • Shipping is free over $100. Please check exclusions below.
  • There is a standard charge of $6.95 for under $100. If you need your order by a certain time - please select the appropriate shipping options at checkout. We cannot guarantee that your product will arrive by a certain date for this option.
  • Please note Ski's and Bikes being too heavy have standard shipping costs.
    1. Skis have standard Shipping of $20
    2. Bikes have standard shipping of $99
  • Additionally, free shipping does not include insurance for your package if it is lost or stolen. This means after we have shipped it, if the mailing service loses your order or someone steals it from your porch, Miyar Adventures is not responsible.
  • All paid shipping options are fully insured.
  • If you would like, you can add Signature Required for your delivery in the order notes.

    Online and In-Store Return/Exchange Policy: 

    • New and unused items in original packaging with tags still attached may be returned within 365 days to receive a refund, exchange, or store credit. Exceptions apply: See the Garmin/Coros policy below and rock climbing exclusions.
    • Used items may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees apply for online orders. Exclusions to Garmin and rock climbing equipment.
    • For your safety, rock equipment including but not limited to rock climbing hardware, harnesses, slings, and ropes cannot be returned at any time. Helmets and shoes may be returned unworn, with tags and in original packaging. 
    • Please note we charge return shipping fees for returns or exchanges for online orders.


    Garmin/Coros Return/Exchange Policy: 

    • Please note that Garmin/Coros Devices and Watches must be unopened and in their original packaging with tags attached. 
    • They may be returned new and unused within 30 days to receive a refund, exchange, or store credit  
    • Once taken out from the box or activated - devices/watches cannot be returned or exchanged. 
    • For any manufacturing defects with your Garmin/Coros Device, we can connect you with Garmin/Coros Customer Support to facilitate the warranty process and to help troubleshoot the issue.
